The University of Dar es Salaam ICT Innovation Hub (UDICTI) is an innovation and incubation center based at the College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT). It provides a collaborative platform for students, academic staff, and industry stakeholders to co-create innovative solutions that address real-world social and industrial challenges. Through its programs and facilities, UDICTI supports the transformation of ideas into prototypes, products, or services by offering mentorship, technical training, workspace, and access to a supportive innovation ecosystem.

UDICTI nurtures student-led innovation through programs such as the Startup Academy, Challenge Driven Education (CDE), and Youth for Change (Y4C), providing technical training, mentorship, prototyping support, and commercialization assistance. The hub promotes a culture of entrepreneurship by transforming academic projects into viable startups and social enterprises, equipping young innovators with the skills and resources needed to drive technological advancement and impact across Tanzania and beyond.
