This is a programme that focuses on building capacity on ICT to secondary school girls students through training on soft and technical ICT skills, and therefore nurturing the girls as they gain the ability to solve social challenges. Innovators from Y4C participate in this programme as the main trainners and mentors of HCD and basic IT skills

The Y4C hub provides unique value in its emphasis on human centered design (HCD) and challenge- driven approaches where projects are directly linked to solving real challenges facing the society.
